Overview

Having heard of issues recruiters face in preventing their staff from approaching off-limits clients, Bycatch decided there should be a simpler and more effective way to centralise and share client lists.

Bycatch needed to immediately inform staff if a candidate was working with an off-limits client, saving them time so they would no longer chase candidates who shouldn’t be recruited elsewhere.

We developed a Chrome extension that immediately shows on candidate profiles if they work for a client, and also provides a place for users to easily add clients to their client list, which is securely stored and distributed among their recruiters.

A dashboard would also allow leaders to add their staff to Bycatch and provide a central place to manage their client list. To continue using Bycatch after a free trial, they would be able to subscribe to Bycatch for a per-user, per-month fee.
